PLATFORMERTENANT ADMIN

Tenants

shared & dedicated workspaces

A tenant runs one product (choose above; add more via a manifest). Dedicated = own instance + DB (always enterprise). Shared = a tenant on the shared deployment (plan sets features). The admin email becomes the customer's initial login.

off-cloud installs — decide their menus & generate the install file

The slug must match what the customer's installer sends (its X-Customer). You then choose which menus they see and generate a signed site.json their installer fetches and applies.

Uncheck a menu to hide it for this customer (e.g. leave only Logs on). Stored as their forced visibility and compiled into the install file.

Deployments

the installs Platformer configures — shared cloud tier, private customers, and on-prem
SlugKindNamespaceReachableStatusTenants

Remove unregisters a deployment from Platformer. For a private deployment you may also destroy it — that deletes its namespace, which cascades its pods and volumes, so all of that customer's database data is permanently deleted. Shared is never destroyable (other tenants live there), and on-prem runs in the customer's own network so it cannot be reached — revoke its license instead.

One provider key for the whole platform. Products fetch it — nothing is copied into them — so rotating here reaches every AI product without a redeploy, and none of them can be left running on a stale key.

Delete this tenant and all its data permanently.

Force which of this product's menu items this tenant sees. This is an entitlement, not a preference — the console hides the item live (and the app blocks its API); a user cannot re-enable it in Settings. Greyed items require a higher plan or are pinned (always on).
